OHL Fault Indicator
Fault Indicators for Overhead Distribution Networks
The fault indicator type FLA3.1 by Elektro-Mechanik GmbH (EMG) is designed for use in overhead lines of electrical networks. The indicator is sustained by the monitored network from a current flow of 20A upwards. It features six flashing LEDs for clear nighttime visibility and three red display areas for daytime visibility. The FLA3.1 supports bidirectional wireless communication with a remote control, allowing for real-time adjustments of settings such as trip current, response delay, and reset time. It can also be connected to the remote indication system type RIS for easy remote monitoring.
